reference to the meetings and incentive travel industries.

Richard Lewis Communications is the world's foremost training organisation combining cross-cultural, communication and language skills in its programmes. The chairman, Richard D Lewis, is internationally recognised as a leading authority on cross-cultural issues and was awarded PATA 'Personality of the Year' in 1999 for his 'extraordinary work' in this area. In addition, he was knighted by President Ahtisaari of Finland in March 1997 in recognition of his services in the cross-cultural field relating to the training of Finnish Ministries for EU entry (1995) and the EU Presidency (1999).
